Its also very obviously got stevia in it which was not indicated in the Amazon listing (it's on the package and the site). Unfortunately stevia has a bitter aftertaste for me, though not everyone can taste the bitterness-- it's a bit like how for some people cilantro/coriander tastes like soap, I'm one of the people for which stevia is noticeably bitter. This product, however, is the opposite and is true to its claim with there being absolute no taste, no odour as well as no textural difference to my coffee, just as if I had not added anything to it. The powder does dissolve easily, although I find that you have to make sure you stir it properly as otherwise you'd get clumps in the bottom of the cup that won't dissolve unless agitated.You get all the benefits of the collagen peptides and whilst this is going to be more of a gradual improvement over a constant, regular consumption, it's definitely something that I will be happy to continue with.The fact that it's also made in Australia using 100% Australian sourced ingredients makes it a win for me considering I know it will have to pass through the more stringent food item production regulations.Overall a very good product and one that I'll continue to use and purchase.
