I was sceptical about both giving me relief as I was in so much pain in my knees which would go up to my hips. I could barely walk, I didn't sleep only cat napped. Flavour was great however Whey does NOT agree with me. My stomach was churning the entire day. 2 days later i reduced the amount by half an still same thing so I gave it away. If you can tolerate Whey then its a great product but not for me.

I got the chocolate flavor. First the good. It's definitely good quality collagen-- as it has that thick collagen taste and I feel that I definitely get more collagen with this relative to gummies and other collagen powder brands. I felt that it did improve my skin and when I take it it gives me a glow. Overall I was impressed with the quality of the brand. You also get quite a lot at 400g.Cons: The taste of the chocolate was very hit and miss in my household. Half the family really did not like the taste and half enjoyed it. The chocolate flavor itself is quite nice, though it doesn't taste like Milo at all, maybe Nesquik with a bit of collagen aftertaste. Its also very obviously got stevia in it which was not indicated in the Amazon listing (it's on the package and the site). Unfortunately stevia has a bitter aftertaste for me, though not everyone can taste the bitterness-- it's a bit like how for some people cilantro/coriander tastes like soap, I'm one of the people for which stevia is noticeably bitter. Also stevia is marketed as 'healthy' because it comes from a plant, but it's actually an ultra processed sweetener due to how it's extracted. That said, my partner doesn't get the same bitterness aftertaste with stevia and he really really liked the chocolate flavor. He said it's like a thicker chocolate milkshake, and he's been having it pretty regularly. I think it's been helping his back and joint pain quite a lot as well.Personally, I really wish I had gone with unflavored collagen instead and added my own sweetener to make smoothies with it. If you don't enjoy stevia go for the plain. But if stevia tastes fine to you then I think this is a good option for a chocolate collagen drink.
