Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 scoops Luvin Life Unflavoured Collagen Powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, coconut, collagen, cinnamon, and chia seeds.
- Add nut butter, honey, and vanilla. Stir until well combined (use your hands if needed).
- Fold through the dark chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a tray.
