We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered simply email us the details, and we’ll take care of you. Please understand that we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.
Returns must be authorised by us in advance by phone or email where we will provide you with a return address to send your goods. We will happily accept the return of any product which is damaged or does not match the description of what you ordered. Please ensure you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods with photo evidence so we can verify the condition of the product(s) to be returned. To be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price please return your goods to us within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date and in the condition they originally arrived in.
Please be sure to retain the tracking information for your shipment, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit.
Refunds will only be issued in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.

Out of Stock Policy
Luvin’ Life will endeavour to ensure that all goods ordered by you are supplied to you. However, our stock levels can vary throughout the day due to sales demands. Therefore, an item indicated as “stocked” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In the rare event we are unable to fulfill your order we will make every effort to contact you by email or phone immediately. In this circumstance we will also offer you the option to cancel the order in return for a full refund.
Order Changes or Cancellations
All orders are automatically processed through our secure merchant facility and this process incurs irreversible fees. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by Luvin’ Life due to the cancellation of your order. If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and if your order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Unless otherwise specified, all prices listed on the Luvin’ Life website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax), regardless of shipping address. Product prices are monitored regularly and updated by our staff to ensure you receive the most competitive prices possible.

To determine the shipping cost of your order:
Add your desired product(s) to your shopping cart.
Proceed to the Checkout page and click the Calculate Shipping button.
Select the State and enter the Postcode for the destination of the order then click the Update Totals button.
All relevant delivery options for your destination will be displayed. If there is more than one delivery method available, select your preferred option and the cart totals will be updated automatically.
If you feel there is an anomaly with the price(s) returned by the calculator, certainly feel free to contact us directly.
Prices are for Australian mainland only and are based on weight and the final destination of the order. We currently use four freight companies and will always endeavour to find the cheapest shipping options for you.
Prices are out of our jurisdiction and may change without notice. We reserve the right to alter postage costs if calculated incorrectly.
If the postage cost of your order is actually less than you were quoted we will refund the difference :-)
Request A Quote
Occasionally our calculator may not be able to provide a definitive cost for your order. The destination of the order may be in a remote area or the total weight of the order may be larger than usual. In most cases, this does not mean we cannot process your order. Simply ensure the Request a Quote option is selected and continue with the checkout process by completing all details as normal. There will be no payment details for you to complete at this stage. Click the Place Order button on the checkout page to send us a copy of your order (with no obligation to purchase) so we can investigate the shipping options available for you. We will advise you as soon as possible of the shipping costs for your order so you can decide whether or not you wish to complete the purchase.
Free Shipping RETAIL
We are pleased to offer shipping is on us, Australia wide for retail orders that total $120 or more where the total cost of delivery is less than $50. This will be automatically assigned on the cart and checkout for all retail orders of $120 or more. However, in the rare circumstance that the cost to deliver your order amounts to $50 or more we will contact you directly for alternative arrangements.

Free Shipping WHOLESALE
We are pleased to offer Shipping is on us Australia wide for wholesale orders that total $500. Some areas are restricted. Overweight/ oversize items are excluded. Any restricted locations will be discussed to find a solution.
All orders received will be dispatched same day or next business day - We will always advise you of any unexpected delays. Currently, we use five freight companies to obtain a fast and most cost-effective delivery. Once orders are collected, delivery time frames are prescribed by relevant couriers.
If no one is available to accept delivery, our couriers will be instructed to leave your order in a secure place. We encourage you to advise us of any preferred locations for these circumstances in the Order Notes box on the checkout page.
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being received. However, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our carriers. If you have any concerns we can certainly follow up the progress of orders in transit.
Express Post (next business day) delivery from Australia Post will be available for most orders that weigh 5kg or less to be delivered within Australia and comply with the Australia Post satchel requirements.
Short haul deliveries, i.e. within Queensland and most metropolitan areas on the East Coast, can be expected within 1-5 business days whereas long haul deliveries can be expected within 7-14 business days.
Please note that Luvin’ Life cannot guarantee that delivery is possible to all areas and will offer a full refund for your order if it is found that it cannot be delivered.
